DL2-hs hydraulic mining drilling rig is a special type of deep hole rock drilling equipment designed for roadways of 3.2-4m. The design of the large rod handling system containing 27+1 pieces of rods can realize automatic loading and unloading rods in small lanes. For deep hole drilling operations in underground mine projects, DL2-hs deep hole drilling rigs can meet with the requirements of vertical, fan-shaped and parallel long hole drilling construction. The deep hole mining jumbo adopts to full hydraulic drive rock drilling. The drilling depth can reach more than 30 meters once a time.

Woserld Rock Drill

Adopted Woserld 18KW hydraulic rock drill, the rock drilling speed is fast and economical, up to 0.5-2 m/min. Per the rock drilling requirement, multiple solution can be chosen. 18kw rock drill is standard, and higher power 25kw rock drill is optional.

With the classic double damping design, the service life is long and the cost is low.

Horseshoe Type Frame Boom Support

The design of the horseshoe type frame ensures the precise positioning and stable support of the advancing feed thus it makes sure high-quality drilling.

Large Rod Handling System

It can contain 27+1 pieces of rods and meet with automatic loading rods to drill holes one-time completion.

Adopted the international brand plunger pump hydraulic control system to directly control the rock drilling system, with reliable quality and long service life. Designed with safety alarm protections such as low fuel oil level, high water temperature, high hydraulic oil temperature, etc.

FOPS Safety Cab

The ceiling meets with the FOPS standard (falling object protective structures). Adopted hydraulic lifting control, and is equipped with comfortable driving seats.
